Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Fong has over 25 years’ investment experience in Asia, investing across a broad variety of industries in both the public as well as private markets.
Between 2006-2013, Mr. Fong was Managing Director and Head of the Asia Private Investments Group of Och-Ziff Capital Management, one of the largest global hedge funds. While there, he built and managed a multi-billion dollar portfolio, investing across industries, capital structures and through various securities instruments. After he left Och-Ziff Capital in Sep 2013, he continued to serve as an advisor and consultant to Och-Ziff Capital and represented the firm on the boards of several portfolio companies.
Prior to Och-Ziff, Mr. Fong was with the Morgan Stanley Private Equity Group for 7 years, heading its investing business in SE Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Previously, he was with the Merchant Banking Group of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette (Hong Kong) and the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs (Singapore).
Mr. Fong holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons Economics) degree from the University of Cambridge, UK. He served on the University of Cambridge’s Alumni Advisory Board for 4 years up until 2021.

Mr. Ng is a serial entrepreneur with a track record in co-founding successful companies and products in finance, e-commerce, and information technology for over a decade. His work has been driving innovation in a variety of industries in the Greater China region.
The expertise Mr. Ng acquired and accumulated over time in notable family offices sharpen his vision in overseeing venture investments. His professional journey led him to co-found Capital TimeX Limited, a family office specialising in real estate, private equity, and venture capital. The portfolio companies includes a number of renowned and impactful companies, namely, Horizon Robotics, Kuaishou, Chime Biologics, GoGoX, DJI, DiDi Truck, King Kong Mini Storage, Planto, Heals Healthcare, Inrupt, Fundpark and WeDoctor.
Mr. Ng graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a double major business degree, and he continues to identify innovative ideas and convert them into successful businesses.

Mr. Yeung is an active investor in the alternative investment and private equity space, investing in influential companies such as SpaceX, Epic Games and Republic. Mr. Yeung also has extensive experience in alternative assets including farmland, water resources, real estates and other art and collectibles. From October 2018 to November 2021, Mr. Yeung served as the co-founder of Liquefy, an institutional blockchain solution with presence in Hong Kong & The Middle East. Mr. Yeung began his career at Deutsche Bank as a Global Markets Analyst.
Mr. Yeung received a bachelor’s degree in science with a dual major in Finance and International Business from N.Y.U. Stern School of Business.
Head of Legal & Compliance
Mr. Ng was admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia in 2008 and a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2013.
He has worked at a leading international law firm, a global top 10 law practice with over 70 offices in more than 30 countries, and in-house positions at several well-known financial institutions, with areas of expertise in equity and debt capital markets, corporate finance, regulatory compliance and commercial works.
Mr. Ng graduated from The University of Melbourne, Australia with Bachelor of Laws & Bachelor of Commerce (Double Degrees) in 2007 and The Australian National University with Master of Laws in 2010.
Head of Investor Relations
Mr. Pang has over 15 years of professional experience in asset management. His expertise lies in launching private equity funds and external asset management (EAM) business development. Mr. Pang has been approved by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) as a Responsible Officer since 2016.
Highlights of Mr. Pang’s career include his leadership in the successful launch of two authorized RQFII public RMB funds in Hong Kong as Team Head during his time at Haitong Asset Management, with each of the two funds both reaching over RMB 2 billion AUM.
He then continued to build unique asset management solutions for Heaven-sent Capital management Group, one of the largest private equity firms in China, focusing on EAM business development, private equity investments, and managing hedge funds.
Mr. Pang holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from Hong Kong Baptist University, with a major in China Business Studies.
